Can't wait to try this out after I get off work.
This!

Feels not like cheating, contraire to the "bag of holding" inventory mod. hehe

Still waiting for permanent storage chest though! Selling things in this first run that I would never ... My Raven's Armor... *sighs*

IT works great!! I don't have to ponder over and over, will I need this later?? Reduced my bag of junk to 88 lbs so now I can concentrate on the story instead of lifting every little mouse's tail to count its turds.(here an oren there an oren!!)
Odd, still not working for me... all I get is this page

https://rs699l36.rapidshare.com/#!download|699l35|4035901914|craftweight.zip|1|R~0

and a message "Loading file

You want to load the following file

http://rapidshare.com/files/4035901914/craftweight.zip1 KB"

Could somebody do me a fav and upload it elsewhere or email it to me? Write me a PM pls for address. Much appreciated!

lisior1975: OK maybe it is just me, but nothing is happening when I get to rapidshare site...

Doofdilla: Just checked it, works fine here.

Maybe its a problem with the SSH connection, try:

http://rapidshare.com/files/4035901914/craftweight.zip

maybe that will work for you
Can you simply extract it with an winRAR or something similar, or do you need to use that program mentioned before?
Not working on my current playthorugh? Does it require a new game to work?
lisior: I posted it on mediafire, try this link: http://www.mediafire.com/?r0aojjmbjmevj6y

vindik: The file in the OP is a standard zip file so you can just open it using window's built in extracting. The other link I gave was for the tool that allows you to open up TW2's data if you want to make your own mod.

rage: It will work on the current playthrough. Double check that your CookedPC folder has an items folder and a file in it called def_items_ingredients.xml in it. If you don't, it means you didn't extract the ZIP file into the correct folder.
Thank you! Was able to D/L the file from mediafire :)

Thanks! I had placed only the .xml file in the CookedPC folder .. heh =}
Thanks a lot!
I really needed it.
I will use it until they give us the possibility to have a storage box in-game.
Thanks for the easy to use file! Until a perma-chest comes along this is necessary!

Thanks for this. I find it a much better compromise and less unbalancing than unlimited carrying weight for everything.
Thank you so much. That was needed. Hope somebody will make a mod that adds permanent storage.
this made my game so much better to play without ruining it with the feeling of cheating hanging over me.

storage would be ideal in the future.
*bump

Does this work with patch 1.2? TW2 nexus one has no files to d/l. =(
This works perfectly. Case in point: Applied the mod, saved my game, quit, restarted, loaded that same savefile: Weight pre-mod: 243, weight post-mod: 103! That's more like it!
