i have a proble where my controls dont work ingame, my mouse does but i cant move for some reason. any idea on hwo to fix this?

Do you mean none of the keyboard controls work? Or just the movement controls?
Have you checked the input configurations? you can access it by clicking Option in the initial launcer menu and then clicking Input Settings.
