So I've gotten the guys drunk and told me how to get whistling wendy to open the trap door, but I never get the option to show the madame the square coin i have. I've gone back to dethmold and talked to him about it and the option to show the madame the square coin does not show up. I only get the option to sleep with wendy eve nthoug hthe quest phase clearly states to show her the square coin and say the pass phrase.

When the madame asks if you have money to pay for the girls, tell her you have square money.

It's kinda obscure.

This is happening to me as well.
But I don't have an option to use the square coin. Even though I got one from sven's father, and one from the drunk guys.

The game instructs you to give Whistling Wendy a password, not the Madame.
Hire Whistling Wendy, then you'll get the option to give her the passwd.
