ghostryder: Interesting angle--the player levels up.lol. to me Geralt is the hero-I'm the player---and again doesn't help the ones who are not reflex capable. QTE's, reflex combat seems to me belongs on a console in a action fighting game--Epic Adult RPGs with such systems seem an oxymoron..
Indeed it is an interesting way to look at it.

To use your own words, criticizing an action RPG for engaging the player in the action (through twitch-based combat) is an oxymoron in itself.
