At this point, many are having difficulty with multiple-monitor setups, so you're not alone running in windowed mode.

The GOG version of the game will automatically patch to the latest (1.1 version) on installation.

The registration servers are botched and they are working on it. Don't worry about it. Just play.

I thought the game was running pretty good, all things considered. There was a little "Stickiness" in the movement at times, and the cursor seemed to "Float" and not have a "Crisp" movement, but it didn't realy detract from the game all that much. Made arm wrestling a bit more difficult due to the slow response of the cursor ( evem with the sensitivity maxed. I installed the 1.1 Patch and now I realize that it was worse than I thought and now it is playing as it should be.
