I have the Raven's armor and equipped it, yet every single time in the prologue it cuts back to the interrogation then back again to controlling geralt, it unequips his Raven's armor and equips the other one.
I lost an enhancement this way.
This never happened when I played the game when it was vanilla.
Perhaps it has something to do with enhanced edition?

I'm getting that bug in EE, But I also got it in the other version, v1.x and v2.0

this happened to me too, but only in the prologue, not later in the game.
also happened with the swords, but all the enhancements i had, where back in the inventory, not lost.
later in the game there is no issue, and the prologue is rather easy, so don´t worry.
