You're not alone, I didn't really liked Geralt's "Witcher 1 hair", and found the ponytail he got in the 2 absolutely great. Fits him like a glove and give him a real badass style.

I like all the hairstyles actually. Bioware needs to hire whoever came up with them, as hair styles always seem to suck in their games.

I like 1-2 of the hair styles but definitely not the majority of them. We're all just so used to Geralts original hair style by now I would imagine. Need some pretty radically different hair styles maybe?

I had no problem with his hair in the vanilla game, that it didn't match the first game wasn't a problem (once i modded it to be actually white, not gray) because hairstyles are not permanent, it's perfectly conceivable that he could pull his hair back into a ponytail. But some of the new styles are also nice.
