So there are plenty of rumors about a remastered version of "The Witcher: I".
I know that they've said that there are no plans for remastered version.

My Question is: If they were to remaster The Witcher: 1 what would you like to see changed (Besides graphics). I'd love to see the combat system from Witcher 3 and no loadings screen when you go to the swamp/enter a house or e.g the trade quarter.

FYI: It is called, "The Witcher" not "The Witcher 1". That just looks and sounds stupid.

If anything I would love to see a better graphics engine but for the love of god keep the original combat. It was waaaay WAY more interesting than The Witcher 2/3 combat.
Obviously the big ones are graphics (both textures and models) upgraded. Also higher quality animations would be cool. Despite what most poeple think I actually like the combat in the game, so Id be happy if it stayecd the same with minor alterations.

It's small stuff that I would look for though. For example, one of the most annoying things in the game is going between the dock and the swamp. You need to talk to the ferryman (who walks around constantly), then pick the dialogue option to say you want to cross over, then a pop up box appears asking if you want to pay the money to cross, then the ferryman will ask if you're sure you want to cross. The amount of times you need to do this makes it very tedious very fast. If you could just activate the boat and it asks if you want to pay to cross, you select yes and it does so immediately it would be far less tedious. When I got the ability to teleport it was a big relief.

Just small stuff like that needs improving. Don't focus on revamping massive parts of an already great game.
Am I the only one who would love to see TW2 or TW3 in the first game's engine with the combat and alchemy? I love the alchemy so much more (note, I typically hate crafting things) than "collect the ingredients, make it, never worry again".

I like TW 3 so much, but I've played TW more in the past month than I have TW3.
I wish they would just port the storyline from "The Witcher" into "The Witcher 3"!
That way I get to replay and maybe finish the original games story in the superior in every way New game.

Well that is a matter of opinion...
