Hey got this annoying bug.
Started a new game, whenever I loaded a new area, Geralt's sword and armor kept getting disappearing then getting re-equipped.
However when I got to Vizima Outskirts after the opening cutscene, Geralt no longer has his sword and armor at all.
Have no idea what could be causing it.
I'm using a few mods outlined in this guide here:

But no one else has any issues with using these.
Running the Witcher: Enhanced Edition Steam Version.
