Hi,

strange question, but it is possible to activate with the GOG version the original cut german version (without swastika and with a few shortened video sequences)?

Best regards,
bacon

I don't know. May I ask why you would want that? Just out of curiosity.
Hi,

was thinking about playing and recording it. As I am from Germany this would not work with the actual version. :)

Why would you rather have/play the cut version if you can play the full game without any censorship made in it, due to your government´s paranoia about games portraying Germany or germans during WW2?

But anyways going back to your question... I dont think this is possible for this game, at least for now. Sometimes GOG opens up an exception for certain games and allow people to activate their retail versions into their website. However this is not the case right now. GOG would probably go bankrupt if they allowed every game they have here to be given away for free for all the people who already own a retail version of it. Since GOG is specialized in selling old games.

Hi,

if it is not possible, then I will just enjoy this gem for myself. :)
Sometimes it is just a question of setting a few registry keys. If that is not possible here, then it is fine for me. :)

I´m not an expert in modding Saboteur. But if you legally own a retail copy of the german censored version you can probably achieve what you wanna do(whatever your reasons for it) by replacing the texturse, audio and model folders from the GOG version, with the folders from the retail version. It will probably be a lot of work but it might work out.
