Any plans for the Linux version of TRT to be sold on GOG?
I know it's a game most people have forgotten, but I wouldn't mind seeing that and/or the mac builds up on here.

Better contact KittyLambda. Imho if a lot of peoples write them about linux version they may push it here.
But, yeah. GOG is little unsatisfactory working in this area.
Well, the downloads on the main site for the game are currently broken, so I sent an email to the support line asking for them to be fixed. I also threw in a word about how GOG now offers Linux versions, as well, for an alternative, so I guess we'll see if anything comes from that.

EDIT: I figured I'd add onto this that apparently he gave GOG the linux version years ago when the game first launched, but at the time they didn't support linux so nothing came from that. He mentioned it on the steam greenlight page for TRT. So it's possible the Linux version might be in GOG's hands and they just haven't done anything with it yet.

Mailed to dev => adked for linux on GOG => got update on GOG
Thats how it works :)
Heya! Just popping in here--

The Linux version of the new release (1.5, including Cellpop Goes Out At Night), along with a (slightly) updated version with GOG Galaxy support on Windows should be out on GOG next week.

When the game first launched, there was a Linux version but GOG didn't support Linux. Thanks to some gentle reminders from players I added the Linux version to GOG once they supported it.

This time around it's a bit different-- I delayed the Linux version juuust a little bit to help me manage the release better. I knew I'd have to update the game in a week with bugfixes anyhow (I tested extensively but I have enough experience to know I'll miss things) I decided to wait until the first bugfix version to release the Linux version.

Also: the initial release didn't have a 64 bit Linux version, which is something of a pain for most Linux users. But I'll release a 64 and 32 bit versions this time.

So! Hopefully next week, maybe even early next week if things go smoothly, the Linux version will be up (again) on GOG, and the Windows version will have GOG Galaxy support for achievements/etc. (note that the game will still work just fine if you prefer not to use Galaxy, of course)!

Thanks for your patience! And sorry it took me a few days to get to this forum post :)
