The game has been updated from v.12 to v.19 today here on GOG, along with the changelogs for patches 1.14 up to 1.19, as evidenced here.

The purpose of every Changelog thread is to inform GOG users, whether they own a game or not, of the latest available on GOG version of each game, i.e. update changelogs are posted here when the game has actually been updated here. Hence, posting patch notes for versions not available on GOG, defeats the purpose of these threads. Please, try to keep this in mind, and act accordingly.
