I finished the game but after the last movie there is... nothing? No credits, no automatic return to the main menu (although it can be accessed with Escape key). Is this normal, because it feels like the game is trying to load something but it never happens.

Skipping the movie doesn't help, and the inventory bar stays open but cannot be interacted with...

Also, there are some dialog lines missing in the English version so i suggest you play with subtitles on. Nothing major or game-breaking though.

This happened to me, too, and I played the German version. I checked a Let's Play video and there are supposed to be the credits following so this seems to be a bug in the GOG version.

Nothing follows after the credits so at least you don't miss anything.

Thanks guys, now that the bug has been officially acknowledged I will mark this as solved.
I hope we will see a patch someday. I know it's a different developer but I kind of lost hope of ever seeing Deadalic adventure games fixed, so I won't be holding my breath.

I'm new to GOG and i just bought this game, when the patch comes out how will I be able to get it?

Once you log in there should be a small icon in your "My Account" menu to tell you some of the games you own have updates. The games on your bookshelf will also be marked, and there will be an option to switch to filtered view that only shows the updated titles, and not the rest.

And if all else fails just check your account from time to time, see if there's an update by going directly to the game in question. It can be either a separate patch to apply to already installed games or an updated installer that will require a full re-install (though you can keep your saves, unless of course these are incompatible with the new version).

Yep, I'd like to be able to finsh the game as well. I didn't even know that the Stem version already got patched...
Let's hope they update our GOG version soon, too!

Indeed, I just experienced the bug and I was not amused. :(

If anything is the solution for that, it's certainly not that Steam users have the same problem. ;)

Remove this misleading "solved" mark. This bug still exists.
