...can't say that I'm d'accord with censoring in order to conform to and appease the consoles' moral police departments.
If true, that is:

"One more thing - I assume this kind of covering-up is inevitable to be allowed on the more family-friendly platforms like Switch or PS4 but was there really no way you could've built and supported two separate versions (one w/ a bit of T'n'A and one w/o)?"

No, we didn't censor anything, it's just that the right image is an idea from the early dev, and it ended up that it wasn't coherent because the final character in-game is dressed.

Fair enough, thanks for the clarification.
Although I'm sure that there could have been a narrative reason for the character losing her upper body bra harness thing.

I'm aware that "mature" (a term The Blind Prophet is advertised with) is not just about nudity but there's less and less professional developers who dare to let their characters show more skin than what's considered safe these days, which is kind of sad. Instead it's more and more - like the person on Twitter wrote - "thinking about the children" and making concessions to be able to release on the consoles. Artistic integrity and daring to go beyond what's morally acceptable? No, can't do that.

By the way, you should ask GOG for your special orange developer-font colouring. Which helps your posts sticking out more prominently.
( I didn't knew for the orange-color, i'll ask for that :) thanks )
Now i'm Orange-man. My power has increased.
