It sounds like you shouldn't have a problem running the game.
notsofastmyboy: Sorry, but this is just as useless as it was before. What about minimum/recommended CPU and GPU specs? Minimum screen resolution?
If that is all you have at Steam as well, it looks like you need to update the system requirements on at least two storefronts.
The game doesn´t have a real minimum screen resolution, it even tries to adapt to resolutions lower then 640x480. (although---shouldn´t be a surprise---with little success)
Maximum supported resolution is somewhere between WQHD (works fine) and UHD (buggy).
CPU and GPU-specs: Well, these are pretty much useless most of the times, as there is no common standards for what "Minimum" should mean. (like: it runs at all or it runs in a playable state) In general, one could compare it to other AdobeAir-titles I guess.

To answer your system-specific question: Jup, should meet the requirements. Anyways, you could refund it with ease if it doesn´t run at all.
