GOG is really good at delivering costumer service, but with the Banner Saga they did made much effort...

I mean, no soundtrack option or artwork present or some interviews with these genius at Stoic.

Such a shame.
The soundtrack is located in a folder called "ost" in your Banner Saga install path. Complete with the album cover and four bonus tracks.

Hope I could help

I would have settled for a couple manual or world book PDFs. I enjoyed the game, but I didn't really figure out the full interface until about 1/2 way through, and I would have enjoyed reading more about the world itself so I had a better clue of what was going on.
I can't find any folder called "ost".

I think it's a shame the soundtrack wasn't available as a download since it is really good.

I agree but in this case it's not gog who's at fault but the developers who chose not to include these extras for whatever reason.
