hello ppl

does anyone know if tmodloader works with 1.3.5.3?

I haven't looked into modded Terraria myself, yet, but they claim it's "Compatible with Terraria 1.3.5.X", so it should work...

The worst case scenario would be you losing all of your progress. So I would suggest you make a backup of your characters, worlds and settings. That way everything should be fine. ( C:\Users\<Username>\Documents\My Games\Terraria )

Have fun! :)

Update September 20, 2017:
Linkified the link

i dont have any thing to save :)
TModLoader for GOG is a different build from the main (Steam) version. The main build already supports 1.3.5.x, but the GOG variant always lags behind by several weeks. You can get it from https: / /forums.terraria.org/index.php?threads/tml-gog-patcher-beta.50413/ or from http: / /wiki.vinlandsolutions.net/doku.php/terraria/tools/tml_gog_patcher ; I now only see 1.3.4.4 there.

BTW when Terraria itself changes in more than the revision number (the last one in the version), TModLoader usually has to break backward compatibility. So mods for 1.3.4 won't work under TModLoader for 1.3.5; the mods have to be updated by their authors too, and it also takes time. 1.3.5 is just too new; 1.3.4 has the most of the playable mods right now.
i need helpers for my project ill send to them discord
Hiya, just letting you know that the GOG patch for tModLoader was cancelled a few months ago. Sadly, it does not look like there are any mods at all for GOG players. ;_;

(However, if you really, really want to use mods, Steam frequently has sales for Terraria.)
