I want to transfer my save from old pc (Win 7) to my new pc (Win 10), but I don't know where the save is located and where to put it. Anyone ?
Windows 7: your personal folder -> my documents ->my games -> terraria

I don't know about win 10, sorry.
Doesn't Win10 use the same structure?

Not a big problem if it doesn't. Just create a character with a really unique name and search the disk for that name. Put characters from the Win7 machine there. Repeat with worlds, if need be.
Others have already mentioned the folder location, so I will mention which files (and subfolders) to copy:
· You should copy the Players and Worlds subfolders. If you want to copy your screenshots, go ahead and copy Captures, but this is not strictly necessary.
· achievements.dat should be copied if you want to carry over your acievements. servers.dat isn't necessary (only stores server history, nothing more). The same holds for favorites.json - only stores your starred worlds and characters - make sure you copy your characters and worlds.
· config.json should NOT be copied. I messed up a migration of my installation because I copied it along (although I moved from WINE to Linux, so it might be different for Windows 7 → Windows 10).

There's little reason the config.json file shouldn't work just fine on the target computer outside any OS or file system specifics that may mess up a file, it is just a text file with no form of encoding or encryption. Windows -> Windows should be completely safe. Of course, if you take the config from a newer version and try to use it with an older version that may cause issues as well.

The settings that I can see could cause issues would be DisplayWidth/Height, ClientUUID and CloudSavingDefault.

I know this, but one of the reasons is actually that some of the non-alphanumeric keys doesn't have the same name on all platforms. Having changed the inventory key I was in for a nasty surprise when it didn't work (the key code was simply different) and I couldn't pause the game and therefore not open the menu.
