Can anyone tell me how I can get this game into full screen?

I'm running it on a 5:4 monitor, which might be the problem. However... LIKE THAT... nope, nope, nope.

1.) Go to the Technobabylon directory on your hard disk, for example C:\GOG Games\Technobabylon\
2.) double click on "winsetup"
3.) uncheck the "Run in a window instead of full-screen" option
4.) click "Save and Run"

Got it, thanks! Mouse pointer behaves like a wild goose now, but it's a start. ;)
Why not give an option to fullscreen? This is like game making 101.
Starbound never fullscreens for me either. Same exact issue as described above.

I can't find my technobabylon folder anywhere on my C: or F: drives (game is installed to my non-windows drive, the "F: drive").

-Did a search for it on the F: drive. No results.

-Looked in the starbound folders on F: drive,

-Searched GoG games folder(s) on my C: drive.

Anyone plz? Where to find my technobabylon folder? I agree with SirHandsome, above, in that I do see a fullscreen option in game menu but it doesn't work. F11 doesn't work. Workarounds don't work & there seems to be no config file for this GoG version, for to edit the resolution setting manually, etc.

Chucklefish forum solutions all steered me toward things that don't work for this version (Like, in short: Right clicking a shortcut on my desktop of starbound.exe, finding "properties tab" that lets me explore other files? Nope, I've never seen that option on WinXP or Windows 7, or at least, def. not on starbound.exe).

I made doubly sure to shut off all other programs while running this game (specifically, joy2key). Nope, didn't work. Sidenote: I do recommend joy2key for gamepad support on this game, though. You can map mouse to analog sticks.

For me, I can't enjoy a game right-proper if there's a phatty-fat windows 7 taskbar jammed into the bottom of the screen & throwing the whole res. balance off., not to mention the clashing, ugly colors from the program shortcuts therein. But the actual game colors are very nice. I like.

How do I remove this onscreen pollution and go fullscreen? My Technobabylon folder isn't in usual spot :( I'm ready to enjoy this game plz

*Forgot to say: I'm running Windows 7.
**Just checked my C:\users\Administrator\appdata folders, nope. Didn't work.

Always keep the desktop shortcut when installing. Right click on it and choose properties, one tab will say "go to file location" - click on it and look along top of window that opens to see where your game folder is.

The check box that says, "run in a window instead of full screen" *is* the full-screen option...;) Unchecked--you run full-screen. I don't understand the 640x400 resolution, though--no info on whether that is changeable--from the looks of the screen shots I'd say the game is hard-coded for 640x400. Could always try full-screen with aspect ratio disabled, in the driver overrides, I suppose that might scale it up to your native--but it will still look the same, even then. But perhaps the scaler filters @ 4x could help get it up to a modern res. But 640x400 is a really, really old default res--older than 640x480, even.
