I know it was tailored for the consoles, but I would still like to see it here too......
As far as i know the game only came out for Gamecube and Playstation 2. I don't think Nintendo and Sony would give their blessing if GOG would release the game bundled with an emulator. And before you say "Dosbox", that emulates just a generic PC system, for which no one has special trademark rights or anything like that.
Yep, it never got a PC release, and even if the devs bundled it with an emulator... PS2 emulation isn't exactly great and it's really system intensive.

If you have a GC or PS2 though, Summoner 2 is DEFINITELY worth getting.
Yeah, and after looking around it seem the source code is gone/missing (how the hell does this keep happening?) which rules out any native port to anything in the future......sigh

If you have a decent pc (quad core), ps2 emulation is great. I have replayed Final Fantasy 10 last year without any hitch. And yes the better your machine, the better options you can use.
