It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).

My version failed to patch only because I decompressed all the files that were compressed (namely Lua files). Will have to grab the original files again.

For future reference: Do not attempt to patch any files in the System folder containing "UserCustom" in its file name. Those files will be overwritten by the game. People won't take it kindly if you make them remap their controls again.

Update: Annnnnndddd... Update's a bust. Seriously, no one at the GOG team considered the scenario of a failed patching session? Now I've got more work trying to restore the previous version files than to grab my save files and nuke the entire installation. Come on, either roll back changes or check if the files are already patched. Don't leave things in a middle state that blows up the patch installer so I have no idea whether or not the files are already up to date.

You should be good to go if that's the only error. The file is modified by the game, and should not have been included as a part of the patch.

Yeah, it patched everything else in the game

:D
I think when after the major patches and DLCs, we will no more see it with updated main installer .
I received the same errors when I tried updating the game to. The simple (if annoying) fix is to re-install the game. Then patch it before you change the controls.

It may work if you use the reset control button to put them back to the original setup, but I thought to try that after I hit the uninstall button.
