I notice that the Steam version of this game has been patched to 1.15.

Is that same patch available from GOG?

When I checked the offline backup installer GOG offers, it is version 1.07 for European Theater (not my spelling mind you). Are we talking about the same game here and not this one: https://www.gog.com/game/strategic_command_wwii_war_in_europe?
