The stand-alone game soundtrack, that is a part of either Galaxy Edition, Galaxy Edition Upgrade Pack or Complete Soundtrack, is currently missing four tracks from Ancient Relics:
* Among The Ruins
* Finding Sanctuary
* Abyss
* Our Heritage

Some packaging mix-up happened on GOG side.
If you’re not using Galaxy and the archive downloadable via GOG website is not fixed yet, you should be able to get the full soundtrack packaged in a Windows InnoSetup installer by using these two links:

On Linux, you’ll need to use either innoextract ≥ 1.8 or WINE to get the installer contents.

Hi people.

I own all the DLCs for the game and I have downloaded the offline installer for the "Original Game Soundtrack" DLC a month ago. After installation it contained all four (4) tracks of the "Ancient Relics" DLC and now that I have reinstalled it today, by directly downloading it through GOG Galaxy, it still does.
If you want the four (4) tracks, you are welcome to P.M. me , so I can send you a Google Drive link, to download them.

I downloaded the soundtrack (once again) right from my GOG account, and the Ancient Relics tracks are still missing.

the 4 songs are in the AR dlc but not in the soundtrack

* The tracks are only part of the Ancient Relics DLC itself
* The tracks are only provided in a lossy format

That’s quite a big issue as the soundtrack DLC is both supposed to provide all tracks, no matter which game DLC you own, and it’s supposed to provide them in a lossless format.

I hope GOG is going to fix this soon.

The tracks are provided in both MP3 and FLAC format. I just happened to open the MP3 folder.
The tracks are part of the "Original Game Soundtrack" DLC, though I am not certain if they are made available after purchasing the "Ancient Relics" DLC, as I downloaded the OST after purchasing A.R..

Oops, you’re right of course, I misread the screenshot.
So it looks like you get the full soundtrack if you download it using Galaxy, but a shortened one when downloading it through a Web browser, using the stand-alone archive.

If you download the "Soundtrack" from the "DLCs-Extras" section, then it does not include the "Ancient Relics" music tracks.
I am not certain whether the "Stellaris: Complete Soundtrack" DLC, downloaded from the "DLC Backup Copy" section, does include the "Ancient Relics" music tracks, but if you choose to let the GOG Galaxy application install the "Stellaris: Complete Soundtrack" for you (direct download and installation without backup installation files), then the "Ancient Relics" tracks will be available in the "Original Game Soundtrack" DLC folder of the game.
The lack of the "Ancient Relics" DLC music tracks from the offline backup installers, is most probably due to the time it takes for them to be manually updated, as well as the human error of forgetting to do so.

I’m leaning towards human error here, but now GOG Wizards are aware of the issue so it should get fixed soon.

after some more testing yes Gog Galaxy install includes the Ancient Relics sound files in mp3 and flac but it looks like Paradox cheated and used a folder sync to do this so people that download the sound dlc (from galaxy or not) will not get the Ancient Relics files they have paid for... also people not using Galaxy will not have anyway to get the sound files at all since our sharing them ourselves is against copywright law

It’s been tricky to pin down, but I finally found what happened ;)
I updated the opening post with instructions on how to get the whole soundtrack while not using Galaxy, while we’re waiting for a real fix.

To be able to use these download links, you need to be connected to a GOG account owning the soundtrac DLC for Stellaris.

Despite this being a Windows installer, in a format (InnoSetup) GOG usually uses only for games themselves, this one contains the soundtrack.
