It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).

Edmind: says your .rar is corrupted or something... was just hoping it would fix my problem X_X
I crash after character creation lol
Updated.
I managed to fix the character creation crash by updating my graphics driver via Intel support page. Download the updates provided by your computer manufacturer and hope for the best!

Sachys: GOG support just supplied me with another exe to test. Works fine so hopefully they'll roll it out soon. :)
Mind posting a link for it? I have an Intel HD 3000 graphics card and had the same problems as everyone else. I actually emailed support and they sent me another exe file but for some reason it didn't make any difference. I just want to check if it's the same one they sent you. And if it is... I wonder why it didn't work.

I wonder why it works for some and not for others. Do you know of other people that it didn't work for?

Nope.

Did you try the usual running as admin, compatibility settings and running as a DEP exception?!

Edit: I do presume you did, but just in case...

Didn't try DEP exception actually, though I doubt it is the issue.

This solved it for me:
http://intelgraphicsgamers.blogspot.com/2013/10/how-to-get-knights-of-old-republic.html
But seems to only work using the exe file support sent me anyway. Somewhat inconvenient but still playable.

Btw, sorry for the awkward friend invite, I was just trying to chat you to ask instead of posting to the thread, but "start conversation" wouldn't work for whatever reason.

Thanks for your help.

Raproerk: You have to replace GOG-version's swkotor2.exe with pirated steam's one (original exe from steam version won't do!)
At least it worked for me!

UPD. SInce GOG probably will never update .exe file, I'm gonna update link every week. Intel-people shouldn't suffer because of inferiority of GOG-version.

It worked. Incredible. Many thanks! Its the only way to get it working on Intel integrated graphics that I found!
On Nar shaddaa, meeting with visquis and Mira walks into the jekk jekk tarr. At the end of their conversation it says the entire party has fallen. Then it loads into the next scene with the Jedi master and the screen is still there talking about the party has fallen. I have done new games and this bug always pops up. If anyone could help that would be amazing.

Shugartn: ...
You are replying in a two-year-old thread about Intel HD. Ask your question in a new thread.

Any chance someone can hook me up with the intel exe fix being talked about in this thread? I have messaged support and am still waiting.

Can you update the link again? Really need the working exe

I would gladly post a whole link, but I cant due to some GOG post rules for newbies.

Try to modify the end of the wikisend link like this (adding the ´/´ in between and deleting spaces):

407286 swkotor2 . exe
