I am at the point where I am trying to save Bastila, we have some dialogue and start fighting.

Then there is a tiny sliver in her heath bar and she keeps going, never saying anything else.
5 minutes later we are still fighting and she hasn't continued the conversation.
I've removed all my mods, ran into the same issue.
I reinstalled the entire game, same exact issue.

I've looked at Console commands and didn't find anything about dialogue triggers so could someone suggest anything I may not have tried?

I had this exact same problem with invulnerable Bastila many, many moons ago and it turned out it was mods (can't remember which) doing it. The problem, unfortunately, was not fixable because whatever was causing it was in the saved game. I bit the bullet, remove all mods, replayed the game from the start and never encountered it again.

Could you try taking the conversation in different directions?

Generally most mods are more trouble than they are worth, I get burned most of the times I try them.

Especially mods that hook into core gameplay. Cosmetic mods are generally less of an issue and easier to back out.

Other than the one opportunity to speak with her, there is nothing else and I have gone through the options in that particular one.

So I suppose I really will have to start all over again as I really am not sure what mod it was and the ones I have disabled, didn't seem to do anything.

Oh well, it is what it is.
