I'm new to the game, so forgive me if I'm missing something obvious. I think what I have working is left, right, boost, repair and roll left. But the other key maps for the controller don't seem to be doing anything. I wasn't sure until I hit Malastare and crashed into Sketto's leap.

How do I get thrust, slide and the others working?

I had to manally asign certain buttons to my controller

Mine are manually assigned but I get the distinct impression half of them are not working right. The controller worked fine with Shadows of the Empire, as well as the Dark Forces and Battlefront 2 (the original).
