N0rdmann: My ticket was solved this morning too (created last friday)

Thx so much GOG for the manual effort you put into resolving this ♥

Even more though it is clearly an issue beyond your control > Steam API not detecting DLCs.

Koitenshin: Last Friday? So much for Support answering them as the tickets came in. Makes me wonder if they will ever get to mine.
Yeah, I haven't heard anything back either. I sent my request on Tuesday the 15th.

I sent mine in on Tuesday the 8th immediately after I noticed problems.

Sorry I misunderstood. I'm not talking about my first support ticket regarding the Sins Connect issue. That one I sent on the 9th, to which I got the it's being investigated response. I was referring to the most recent request I sent on the 15th to the sinsconnect email address listed in this post:

https://www.gog.com/forum/sins_of_a_solar_empire_rebellion/gog_connect_not_detecting_sins_in_steam_library/post58

That's the request I still haven't heard anything back from.
Sent my request to this new Sins-Support EMail two days ago as well. No response yet either :-(

I also haven't heard I created a support ticket request as well just to be safe. Previously I had only e-mailed the address provided in this thread. Hopefully I'll hear something soon.
Resolved by Laambe thank you very much and gog!

Strange, just saw a reply under forum replies (nota bene: I'm not very active in tthis forum, well, hardly ever!) telling me that - allegedly - Sins was not found in my Steam-library, from whomsoever. Silly me, I tabbed back and it was deleted. Hm, still got my (virtual) bill from Steam, 30th Dec. 2013, and of cousre, it is registered in my steam account under licenses with all DLCs (at that time). Yet, no EMail-response. Sigh, something's wrong, something's not quite right...

Too late for me then, i suppose. A pity connect had problems with Sins and was not able to automatically resolve the situation after having logged and connected so many times during the sale :S

Same for me :( and they are not answering the email they asked you to send that I did a week ago now.
Oh well, nothing lost I suppose but it would have been nice.

Yeah, same. I am hoping they are simply busy with the new sale and backlogged getting the other people set up.

But why did they give us this new EMail-adress esp for this problem if they don't answer?

I can confirm that as well. My issue was resolved by Laambe as well just a moment ago. Very quickly once I responded to her e-mail.

fables22: Hi everyone,

Really sorry for the delay in getting this sorted. We've set up a new temp email address for folk who've had issues with Sins on GOG Connect, and can still look into this and get things sorted for you. If you've had any issues with GOG Connect, drop a line to sinsconnect@gog.com and someone will pick it up from there. Thanks, and apologies again for the inconvenience.
oh i hope this comes along again as i have it on steam but it was not detected. hopefully issue's will be sorted next time it comes along on connect. I myself only just got pointed to this thread but i think i am alas too late (like some of the others).

Still stand by other forum posts that they do need to fix some of the connect issue's (and also GoG issue's not detecting that you have bought a game on GoG).
