I have a 1080 GTX SC and even though my game said it was running 80-100 fps it felt very, very slow. At first I thought maybe I had some in game setting set too high but nothing would work even with the game set to low.

I looked up the Steam forums and found a suggestion to set pre rendered frames to 1 in Nvidia control panel and it worked! My game feels smooth and I haven't had any issues since.

Just wanted to post this in case anyone else is having performance issues with good hardware .
