Bought this a few years ago and never really got around to playing it. Just redownloaded it tonight with GOG Galaxy and the game wont launch from the Galaxy program. It launches and runs fine if I go into the folder and run it from the exe, just not through Galaxy. Its only a minor annoyance but is there a workaround for it?

You need to have all side applications to be closed while playing Septerra Core, otherwise it will have problems (lag after battle ends, etc.). That's just how this game is made. You can run it from "Start" button too...
