Same here, on Win10 with GF3070Ti

Oh, it's easy to work around - open the installation folder and start Saya_en.exe directly - then it works!

The file that works is named "Launch The Song of Saya". Reinstalling or installing the codec pack didn't help, but at least the file works.

window pops up and then it crashes soon as i hit play game.
if you're running it through galaxy, try disabling the galaxy overlay for the game. that did it for me.

in galaxy, on the game page:
settings (small button up top) > manage installation > configure > features > uncheck "overlay" (access gog galaxy features in-game)

this way you can start it through galaxy, so it still tracks your game time, and cloud saves work.
if you start it directly from the executable, like someone else suggested, i think those features don't work.
