Ok so here's the problem. I'm new to Gog.com, I just actually joined and bought Sanitarium today. About ten minutes into the game it crashes. It is at a control room where I need to plug in some VCR cords. I watch a short video and as soon as it's done a ramp starts to extend which becomes pixilated in some crazy way and I get a message from windows that "Sntrm.exe" has an error and must be closed.
So far I have saved right before this point and tried to use every level of performance from the "settings" menu. I've also tried various permutations of adjusting gamma correction and performance. Same crash every time.
I've also set the .exe to run as 256 colours, 640 x 480 resolution, and in windows 95 compatibility. Still, same crash every time.
The game was running so smoothly before. Any ideas??

Strange... I had the very same problem when I first played it, but I managed to pass it by setting the performance at its lowest, run it in Win95 compatibility and 256 colours. With these sets, the game crashed at this point about two or three times before it finally worked... Then, some random crashes here and there during the game but all I had to do was to save very often and quickly go back to the game when it crashed.
Could you please post your OS and system specs?
