There were several DLCs available for the console version. Are said DLCs included in the PC version?

No, and I don't think that they are ever going to port them at this point. The best we can hope for is a remaster that includes them.

Use the Gentlemen of the Row mod. If memory serves it includes all the DLC that would have been released and a whole lot more.

Well I from the mod's website it stated that it includes more clothing and missions but it didn't say anything about the DLC.

It's funny. I love the SR series but in some ways SR2 is best. I would never consider playing the game without the GotR mod. There's a ton of information in those forums.

There are ports of two of the DLC missions that use existing substituted assets. These missions unlock after completing the entire game and the secret bonus mission.
