You forgot to specify which game.

If you mean Saints Row 2, there's a program called "Language Setup" in whatever folder you installed the game in, and a link to this program in the game's Start menu/Start screen program group.

I don't have Saints Row the Third, but if you can't set the language from within the game, it's probably got something similar.
Ahhh crap, i got so upset about the game, i forgot to mention it.
It's about Saints Row 2.

Thanks for the answer.

No problem. : )
For those wondering, it works exactly the same way for Saints Row: The Third.
You'll have a executable named language_setup.exe in your game folder. Double-click it, select your prefered language, press Save and Exit, and it's donee ! Now you can start your game again :)
Where can I change the language (text) in Gat out of Hell? I can't find an option for that in the game and also there is no language_setup.exe etc. in the game folder so what's the magical trick you have to use?

Try downloading the German installer instead of the English one ;-)

I did that and it didn't change the subtitle language but I figured it out now. Changing the language only works in the games configuration window in GOG Galaxy. Kinda sucks and I hope a future patch will add an option to change it directly in the game options.

Okay, that's just plain weird. Why the hell do they provide separate installers for the different languages if the contents are the same?
I can confirm, all installers are same, when you choose the language it download same installer just renaming its name. If there is no language_setup.exe in game folder you can not change the language you have to install gog galaxy to change the language.
to make sure, use:

.\Saints Row 2\SR2_pc.exe" forcelang_en

as your windows shortcut
