I've been trying everything to get it to work, but it keeps crashing on the startup. At this point, I just want to refund it, because its not working. It is pissing me off to a huge extent, so if someone can help, I'd appreciate it.

That depends on what kind of system that you have. Are you using Windows 10? I've played the game in everything up to Windows 8.1 and it plays fine for me.
