Hey there, thank you for reaching out.

A) the game is build in Unity

B) no, sorry, no modding capability is currently implemented or planned for this game. The game is a solo developer project, so all the effort until full release goes into finishing an enjoyable game. After release I'll evaluate all the options how to expand the experience, but I do not want to make any promises I couldn't keep.
