I've tried changing resolutions, compatibility settings, both graphics, but it doesn't work.
It stops responding after 3dfx logo, black screen, no sound

Hi!
Looks like something is wrong with included Glide dll's. You can try DGVoodoo wrapper with it's internal Glide libraries, and play with setting before starting the game.
DGVoodoo official web-site
Don't worry, it's clean.

Unfortunately it doesn't work either
It displays 3dfx watermark in corner after 3dfx logo, but the game doesn't start

Yep, but you should use all glide DLLs from DGVoodoo folder (take those from x86), because any glide files from initial GOG release may cause an error.

I copied them once again (including subfolder). The issue persists

Go to Game Folder -> DATA and find "nglide_config". Run it, set resolution on your screan defult and logo screan to off.

It worked for me.
"the game has a bug that if you leave you pc running for many days it will freeze"
I shut down it everyday

I think noone expected something like that XD

game works. Case closed
