So I had written a review for this game back when it became part of GOG's catalogue. Being one of the first reviews, it quickly became the "most helpful" one, and stayed there for quite a long time. I'm not one to write many reviews (thia was one of only two I wrote here on GOG), but the fact hat my review was considered so helpful was a point of some pride for me.

Today, I visited the store page, looking to buy the game as a gift for my son, and scrolled down to the reviews just to see if mine was still the most helpful (I'm narcissistic like that)... and the review wasn't there anymore. I don't mean it wasn't at the top, I mean it has completely disappeared. What happened? It wasn't offensive or anything, because if it were, it wouldn't have stayed up for all these years, so what was the problem and when can I expect it to reappear on the store page, GOG?

When GOG redesigned the catalog pages, they transitioned reviews from here:
https://www.gog.com/reviews/product/1207663153.json
to here:
https://reviews.gog.com/v1/products/1207663153/reviews
It looks like at least 5 were lost in the process. The process was almost certainly automated, as I doubt that people manually did this for the 2000+ entries in the catalog, so your best bet is to contact support and let them know. Give them the links I put up there, maybe they can fix it. Your review is still visible in the 'old' review link.
