I'm running the game on Ludicrous at 2560 x 1440 on a Viewsonic VP2770-LED IPS, which I believe is only a 60 Hz. monitor, which is probably why FRAPS is reporting a solid 60 fps, never any higher (or lower).
And frankly, this surprised me, since before buying the game, I'd heard about framerate issues. But I have zero framerate problems. Smooth as silk. The only other thing I did was turn on vsync to get rid of that odd striped lightning-flash effect that people were reporting.
And my 3 year old machine is nothing special:
Win7 Home Premium 64 bit
Core i7 870
8 gigs ram
GTX570 with 1.25 gigs video ram
Nothing is overclocked
My video drivers I think are pretty old: 311.06
I haven't upgraded the video drivers lately, because my machine has been running every game I play really well with those drivers, so I hate to mess with them.
Although my machine has always been really stable, and plays everything really well, I cannot say that every game I have runs as fast as this game. For instance, when I run "Bioshock: Infinite" or "Ghost Warrior 2" at 2560 x 1440, I do have to turn some settings down, and even then I'll only hit framerates in the mid-40's. But for some odd reason, ROTT2013 runs like an absolute dream on this thing with everything maxed out. It puzzles the hell out of me, but I'm not complaining.
Edit: Also, if it makes any difference, when I start the game, at the main menu screen, it says my game version is 1.0.2.
