I didn't really want to ask this, but it is really frustrating me at the moment. I'm at a bit of a wall.

I'm stuck trying to get the blueprints from the archive, I can't find the security key in order to order another copy of the blueprints now that I realigned the archive machine.

I'm a bit lost...the characters hints are absolutely no help. I was hoping somebody here could give me a slightly more substantial hint?

I have some obvious ideas about police office:

* First, you gotta distract the first officer (by Anna or Ed), by asking him about his super computer. Ray and Bennet gotta go upstairs
* Then, Bennet needs to distract the second one in copy room and Ray gotta crack his PC with USB password cracker. Probably it will get to some clues.

The problem is, i cannot pass the first stage, nobody can sneak upstairs, because officer is looking at them. Maybe you have any ideas?

The security key is a red herring. Just ask Officer Johnsen for a second copy of whatever it was that you successfully requested the first time.

I've gotten past the part you're talking about.

If you're asking how to get somebody else upstairs, you need to send bennet up first and then ask to bring along ray. (for questioning)

Then when you have bennet and ray upstairs, send bennet to distract the other johnson guard by asking him about the copy room.

Then take control of Anna/Ed and ask about the computer panel (or alternatively wait until the officer starts talking to someone on the phone).

When he is distracted, send ray into the next room.

Then do whatever you need to do, if you follow that then you should be able to get around the station with no problems.

Edit: @Starmaker, I didn't successfully request anything. I asked for the blueprints but they were off limits...and I can't seem to ask for them again.

How did you realign the machine then?

I know what you are talking about. Looks like i need to complete that ornament puzzle. Or is there any another way to obtain Tortoise's help?

You have two ways to get his help with the archives.
1. Complete the box puzzle. He'll help you right away.
2. Get Morales' financial information and follow that lead. Eventually, Tortoise will admit something shameful - go ahead and exploit it.

Well those are two different goals. Tortoise will help a fellow puzzle enthusiast to break into the city archive, because obviously you won't tell anyone you broke in. But a private customer's security system is another matter entirely.

Now, if Morales left a public will, where would it be kept?
