Is that a bug or is it purpose?

When i get that FTTN Number with the sample from annas dad and bring it to ozzy, i still got the sample in my inv and can collect the FTTN Number over and over again.

After i got it to ozzy and ask Ray, he tells me that he "better brings this sample to advorta"....but i just have done this three times and he's still telling me that.

seems to be a bug, right?

It's not a bug, more like uneconomical design. It's impossible to write a reaction to each and every state change in a game that size. So what Ray means is that if he wants to do *something* with the sample, the terminal is the only place; otherwise it's useless.
