I noticed that Steam offered a new DLC, Quest for the Holy Grail, a few days ago. Will it be coming here, soon? Thanks.

I think "Quest for the Holy Grail" is nothing but a fancy name for patch 516, so if you own the game on GOG you already have the DLC included in the base game installer.

According to the info on Steam:

"The expansion contains a new expedition in which you follow in the spiritual footsteps of a certain whip-wielding archeologist in search for the ultimate treasure in the Middle-East. Meet mysterious Djinns, alluring belly dancers and even some spoiled cats! And what are those dastardly Anti-Explorers up to this time?"

That gives the impression, at least, there's more to it than just a patch.

The new expedition is included since patch 516 in GOG base game installer (current version is 520).

To say this is more than a patch, well, let's just say it depends on the expectations you have about game support by good devs ;)
