There's probably no chance anyone has it or that it was even released (otherwise it would be included on the repackages and compilations, I'd assume?), but in one of the readme files for Redneck Rampage Rides Again there is the following interesting text segment:

No, that's the Redneck Rampage Cuss Pack, for the first game. I'm talking about Cuss Pack for Redneck Rampage Rides Again - it has more enemies, and the text I posted above from the readme file specifically mentions "prison" line ("turn around boy, let me see if I recognize you from prison") which is sometimes heard only in Rides Again when you blow up a biker. The text file also claims they "are produd to once again lower the bar" meaning it's a different Cuss Pack.

My guess is that maybe it was being prepared or they had plans for it, but in the end it all wasn't finished or wasn't released.

Oh sorry for the missunderstanding my bad as I sorta assumed they was all together seeing as its a compilationthing on here I'd have assumed they justput all th ''Cuss pack'' versions together as a way to make things more simple . Plus I have yet to get to this G.O.G game compilation on any real level as I got it on sell ( I enjoyed the games before I found G.O.G so seeing the compilation pop up on a sale couldn't resist despite my huge back log as is as I know I'll play the games later ) And so yeah thats why I was mistaken .. Anyway hope we can get that cuss pack then sometime and also in a official way

+1. The snippet from HELPYALL.txt gives me hope that this indeed existed at some point, and was not cancelled before release. Here's hoping that one of the original developers/Interplay/GOG notice this post and can provide a link if it exists!
