To anyone playing this, I retrieved the last snake statues only to find, to my dismay, that the other ones I had left on the sarcophagus have disappeared. Do not recollect this taking place upon playing this 8 years ago. Am I screwed? Start all over?

I have no idea why that happens or how to fix it but you're not the first one reporting that issue IIRC.

I have a save right at the beggining of CH VII, the sacrcophagus is opened but Adam and Rebecca haven't went down yet.

In case you want to give it a shot you can get my save from here. Don't forget to back up your own saves first.

... the hell ? A .jpg, really ?

Try to rename the extension from .jpg to .sav

Edit: ok, so the save was fine but needed to have the extension renamed from .jpg to .sav. For some reason i renamed the extension from .sav to .jpg before 7zipping it, likely i was going to attach it on the boards but then ended up uploading it instead.

Anyway, here's a new link to the save, no jpg inside the 7zip this time ;)

I'm in Chapter 11-Key of Tears. I'm in the area with 6 rooms and puzzles. I've done everything I'm supposed to but I can't get the SPIRIT password option to show when I need to open the door with the talking head.
Besides a lot of crashes in this area.

To get the 'Spirit' option at the door you need to examine the parchment you picked up in the libray - the room where you have to use the spectacles to see the beams- in your inventory

Anyway, there you go. That save was made inside the room behind the Spirit door.
