Sort of. There's no real music, but more of a spooky, insistent drone that changes in pitch and volume as you explore different areas of the level. It really adds to the atmosphere, in my opinion, and it's one of my favorite things about the game.

I have to agree listening to Modest Mussorgsky's "Night on Bald Mountain" while kicking a human head around like a soccer ball is priceless especially when people start vomiting over it.
Is there any music in Postal 2? I see a music slider in the Audio menu, but all I hear is background noise during the first level.
