How do you open the console in Postal 2?

Neither @ nor ~ seems to do anything. (For the record, am using a Norwegian keyboard.)

Have you tried the §/| key? (If I am correct, this should be above the tab key, I don't own a Norwegian keyboard).
It supposedly works for Swedish keyboard layouts, which have similar problems.

Have you tried TAB ? It works for me (french keyboard).

You can change the console key in the game's controls option (Miscellaneous). I changed it to F1.
