Hi

I've followed the Planescape: Torment mods guide to the set-up GhostDog's Mod and i'm getting this:

[C:\GOG Games\Planescape Torment\Ghostdogs_PST_UI__mod_v2.2\Setup-Ghostdog's-PST-UI.exe] WeiDU version 23100

ERROR: Unable to find DIALOG.TLK in: dialog.tlk

Please run this program inyour Infinity Engine game directory.

FATAL ERROR: Failure("Unable to find DIALOG.TLK")

Press ENTER to exit.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong or if the programs is bugged?

Running on Windows 7 and PST is NOT installed in Program Files.

Running on Windows 7 and PST is NOT installed in Program Files.
It still could be a file access problem. Try running the game as administrator to check if this is the case (right-click the PST icon => Run as administrator).

You have extracted the files to the wrong location -- in it's own mod folder. The archive should be extracted directly to your PST installation folder, so that it looks like:

[***** FOLDER *****]
C:\GOG Games\Planescape Torment\Ghostdogs_PST_UI__mod_v2.2\

[***** TWO FILES *****]
C:\GOG Games\Planescape Torment\Setup-GhostDog's-PST-UI.tp2
C:\GOG Games\Planescape Torment\Setup-Ghostdog's-PST-UI.exe

Run the weidu setup file (Setup-Ghostdog's-PST-UI.exe) from the PST installation folder, else it can't find dialog.tlk .

Thanks Hickory, the extraction program was creating a folder for it.
