Goirx: I just bought this game and it's not working on Mac with El Capitan. The app is not launching, I don't have any error message, it just appears on the dock but nothing launches.
Re-download the Mac DMG please. We've uploaded a new one for each language. To make sure you have the latest version, look for "2.0.0.9" in the file name :)

Goirx: I downloaded the new version but nothing changes. The game still doesn't launch.
Please send us a support ticket :) Visit this link http://www.gog.com/support/contact/technical_issues_with_games/planescape_torment and select "launching issues" from the drop down menu. Also, please feel free to write in French if you prefer :)
