If you earn the "Traveler 1" trophy, at the same time you spend your last tank of fuel, you are not able to restart your car as advertised that happens when you acquire new tanks of fuel. When you acquire this trophy you are rewarded with 3 tanks of fuel, so you should be able to use your car again, no?

You are right, this should reactivate your jeep. Thanks for reporting.
