In the past the patch notes were grayed out, it is now clickable but it doesn't have the latest patch notes. I usually have to go to steam to find the patch notes.
It might not answer your question since it is a different issue. But it is at least a related solution:

pen311 made a good changelog topic you can follow: https://www.gog.com/forum/pathfinder_wrath_of_the_righteous/pathfinder_wotr_changelog

Hey! Can you snatch us a screenshot? We always add a full changelog for our builds and sticky them to the top of the page on forums. It's pretty weird that no patch notes appear

Cookiie,

Could you please sticky the Changelog Thread here in the forums.. This thread is for all changes, hotfix, patches, and updates for the game.

While we could do it, we can't lock it from other comments (because it will lock us as well, this is how GOG works). Won't it be inconvenient to scroll through messages to find current update logs, instead of just opening the recent sticky? We can keep the thread for historical stuff, sure, but megathreads tend to worsen the visibility of newer things.

You could try Stickying and Locking a Thread that just had a Link to an Off Site location where the Patch Notes could be hosted. Like a Google Doc, or the Website for the Game and just have the Changelog There, with the newer stuff being added to the top and thus the older stuff being pushed down. Just an idea.

Tho speaking of the Changelogs, I got a question. Is there any differences at all, between the GoG version, and Steam version of the game?

Asking cause Modders usually use the Steam Version of games, but Steam doesn't really let me control which version of the game I want to play in case an update breaks things I don't want to deal with.

Asking more specifically, cause on Steam there are much more Changelogs and Updates listed, while on GoG, it seems like there are different updates. On Steam it's up to like 1.0.3d, and here it went from 1.0.2c to 1.0.3c and skipped updates between 2c and 3c like update 1.0.2g which a Mod I was looking at said the game had to be on.

So just from the looks of it, it 'seems' like they are different versions, or at least the gog version is very far behind and slow so just skipping and bundling updates or something.

Is this true, or are they, the gog and steam versions, updating at the same time with the same update versions and code for mods?

No, most games, we keep all the updates in 1 Thread "Changelog" I just want it stickied. I do not want it locked.

This is how most of the games update notes are done. in 1 Thread instead of creating a crapload of threads. Does not equate to a megathread...

Please and thank you.
Patch info has been posted for v1.0.3d in the changelog thread.

There's no in-game difference between versions, apart from the launchers. We had some GOG-only changes, like the SDK update.
