Cannot seem to locate Chivarro after she flees 10,000 Delights. Searching indicates this might be a bug. Trying to find out if it is acknowledged by Owlcat and, if so, if there is an ETA on the issue being patched?

Thank you for providing the link; unfortunately, she is not there. I believe the issue to be a spawn-related bug. I have scoured Lower City up and down, but no luck.
